New iPad Launches in China After Apple Settles Trademark Dispute

Apple released its newest iPad in China on Friday after settling a lawsuit over ownership of its name and requiring buyers to place advance orders.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Sales Banned by US Court

A judge has ordered Samsung Electronics to halt sales of its Galaxy 10.1 tablet computer while the court considers Apple’s claim that Samsung copied the iPad.
